Cloud Engineer
We are currently looking for talents in the Cloud Engineer position to work onsite in Jakarta. If you are familiar with Linux, Cloud Computing, Bash Scripting, and Monitoring, read below for more requirements to qualify, and let's join us.
- Minimum education SMK / D3 / S1
- Maximum 29 years old
- At least 1 year experience in operating Linux System
- Have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, or similar clustering applications
- Have the ability to manage public / private cloud like OpenStack, GCP, AWS, Azure
- Have scripting bash skills (bash, python, or other programming languages)
- Have the ability to create monitoring and alerting like Grafana, Prometheus, Alert manager
- Willing to work onsite in Jabodetabek with shift scheduling
- Have a great interest in learning new technologies
IT Engineer (L1)
We are currently looking for talent in the IT Engineer position to work on-site in Jakarta. If you have experience with databases and queries and have basic skills in managing public clouds, read below for more requirements to qualify, and let's join us!

- Willing to work in shifts

Pre Sales Engineer
We are currently looking for talent in the Pre-Sales team to support the sales cycle from the technical to the proposal stage by designing and delivering cloud solutions that meet business. Read below for more requirements to qualify, and let's join us.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT-related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Min. 1 year experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of Traditional IT Infrastructure, Cloud (OpenStack/Kubernetes), and DevSecOps concepts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- You will be part of a collaborative team, working across functions such as Sales, Technical, Project, and Partner/Principal teams.
- Experienced in writing clear and well-organized technical proposals and architecture documents.
- Hands-on experience with PoC or enterprise RFPs is a plus.
- Familiarity with bidding document analysis for project tender is a plus.
Platform Data Support

- Receiving reports (from the helpdesk), conducting checks, troubleshooting, and escalating if needed
- Documenting every incident, including the time of occurrence, initial actions, and check results
- Participating in service requests according to SLAs
- Recording, logging, and routinely reporting system status, events, incidents, and operational activities.
- Providing documentation and a knowledge base of first-line support handling results
- Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Developing, updating, and implementing SOPs for operational activities
- Coordinating with internal teams regarding problem resolution
- Providing routine operational evaluation reports
- Providing operational assets such as reporting, dashboards, notifications, and tools to improve monitoring efficiency
- Early identification of potential risks or anomalies that could impact business services
