Maintenance support provides maintenance for prevention and ticket-based repair with a flexible Service Level Agreement. This service can be bundled with the implementation activities if required by the prospective clients.

Btech provides flexibility for customization based on client needs & purposes.

Operational Review (OR)

Operational reviews will be carried out to maintain service optimization and prepare plans.

Node/year pricing model

The calculation of this service is only based on the node per year. Neither from the man involved nor tickets used.

Unlimited intermediate / expert level corrective ticket

Btech provides unlimited corrective tickets at the intermediate level as a form of service optimizations.


From client existing projects. The flexibility of maintenance support will follow the needs of the infrastructure used today.

Minimum contract one year with a minimum of 10 nodes

This service is available with a contract minimum of 1 year with a minimum of 10 nodes from the handled project.

Preventive (PM) and Corrective (CM) maintenance.

In addition to maintenance and monitoring, we also implement preventive and corrective measures to maintain system optimization.

Daily operations by customer

Day-to-day operations handled by clients.

Option Bundle with implementation

To minimize damage and miss information. We recommend that our team also carry out the implementation so that every access and documentation can be well organized.

Initial Assessment for third-party deployment

If the existing infrastructure wants to get support from Btech, we will provide an initial assessment for third-party deployment before execution.
